Help for Camp Van Dorn

Giving Back to Our Community

Wilkinson County Wildcats Youth Football players Donovan Jackson, Jordan Sibley, LaDamion Williams, Mason Hunter, Jr., Jaiden Stewart, Brenden Rhymes, Oren Kincaid, Coach “DJ” Jackson and Coach Mason Hunter are joined by Mrs. Gennie Randall and Mr. Michael Stewart at the Camp Van Dorn World War II Museum where the Youth Football players are helping with fundraising for the Museum.

In appreciation for the support that it received from the community, the Wilkinson County Wildcats Youth Football and Cheer program is participating in Community Service projects.  In addition to expressing gratitude, these Community Service projects help teach our youth responsibility, help them to become community minded, help them to learn good citizenship, help them feel good about themselves and know they can make a difference where they live.

The Wilkinson County Wildcats Youth Football and Cheer program will assist the Camp Van Dorn World War II Museum in its fundraising efforts through a recycling program in which aluminum cans, printer cartridges, and other suitable recyclable items will be collected by Wilkinson County Wildcats Youth Football and Cheer program participants and donated to the Museum.

The Camp Van Dorn World War II Museum is located at 138 Main Street Centreville, MS, telephone number (601) 645-9000, E-mail: info@vandorn.org, website: www.vandorn.org.
