- Southern Independent Youth Football & Cheerleader League, Inc.’s 501 ( C) (3) application for recognition –Approved by The Internal Revenue Service.
5. Review of Bylaws-Approved by Board
6. Review Conflict of Interest Policy-Approved by Board

- League Logo-To be developed
- David Walker designated by the Board as Commissioner of Administration and will be responsible for submitting the League’s Charity Registration paperwork to the Mississippi Secretary of state and guiding the League’s effort in Heads UP football.
