Marvin E. Haynes Community League players must be between 4 and 14 years of age.  The Registration fee is $50.00 per player.

Team qualifying age is determined based upon the participant’s age on February 1st immediately preceding the current season.  Football players are required to provide a copy of his/her birth certificate at the time of official League Certification as proof of age to ensure each player is placed in the correct division.  If a legible copy of birth certificate is not presented, the player will not be eligible to participate.  

Divisions for players are as follows:

 

T-Ball 4, 5, and 6 year olds

Coach Pitch 7-8 year olds

Minor League 9-10 year olds/Baseball &Softball

Major League 11-12 year olds/Baseball & Softball

Big League 13-14 year olds/Baseball & Softball


The T-Ball and Coach Pitch Teams will register maximum of 13 players each and the Minor, Major and Big League teams will register maximum of 12 active players.

After the maximum number of players are registered in a division, additional players may register and be placed on the ready reserve list. This list will be used in the event one of the active players is no longer part of the organization. (League Certification Rules will apply) 
 
For those utilizing the Marvin E. Haynes Community League payment plan, a $25 minimum down payment is required at the time of registration.  All registration fees balances must be paid in full no later than March 4, 2017.

Registration fees will be refunded, if requested, as follows:

Before March 4th - a refund will be granted for the registration fee minus a $5 processing fee. 
After March 4th - no refund will be granted.
