The Southern Independent Youth Football & Cheerleader League thanks Mr. Ian Holmes, South East Regional Manager for USA Heads UP Football, for taking the time to meet with the Coaches of the League on Sunday May 7, 2017 regarding the goals, objectives and benefits of the USA Heads Up Football Program.

We enjoyed meeting with Mr. Holmes and we are glad we had the opportunity to discuss an issue that affects so many young people in our area.  We especially appreciate his commitment to work with the Southern Independent Youth Football & Cheerleader League and its member organizations. The commitment to provide a Player Safety Coach Clinic for youth football programs in our area is an example of that commitment.  As we discussed, USA Heads Up Football is an important part of the safety initiatives of the League. The Player Safety Coach Clinic will be conducted by USA Heads Up Football personnel at the Wilkinson County High School on Saturday, June 10, 2017.  All participants in the Player Safety Coach Clinic are required to register through USA Heads Up Football.

The Southern Independent Youth Football & Cheerleader League believes that our youth programs and activities is vital to quality of life of our communities.

The Southern Independent Youth Football & Cheerleader League greatly appreciates Mr. Holmes’ support in ensuring that the USA Heads Up Football Program is available to all of our member organizations.  On behalf of all our members and the youth and parents that participate or benefit from our programs, we thank Mr. Holmes for taking the time out of his busy schedule to discuss this important matter.
