Coaching Opportunities

You are invited to join a team who seek to use sports as a way help promote community citizenship, good sportsmanship and physical and mental development through healthy, organized competition and team work for youth 6 through 12 years of age. 

Our programs are open to all, and does not restrict participation due to race, religion, gender or ability.  

We are seeking individuals with high ethical and professional standards to direct a growing Youth Tackle football programs and oversee all facets of our community youth programs. 

Head Coaches and Assistant Coaches will be responsible for the following:

·Being a Role Model for youth athletes

·Complying with Heads Up Football program rules/standards

·Managing all aspects of the his/her program including training, practice schedules and routines  

·Recruiting Players and supervising “Team Moms” and other team assistants

·Providing regular communication with parents/families

·Regularly tracking the academic progress of all program participants and facilitating supports to ensure academic eligibility.

·Cooperating with school-sponsored sports and encouraging athletes to compete in other programs
